Though it's a rare event but one of the participants of COVID Vaccination developes allergic reaction after 15 to 20 minutes of vaccine.  He is still in observation area of center . He is immediately transferred to Emergency room ...  O/E he have developed rash all over his body , itching ++ , slight  difficulty in breathing with Bilateral wheezing , giddiness and blackout in front of eyes ... extremities are slightly cold with  delayed capillary refill time of 3 to 4 seconds  BP - 80 / 60 mm of Hg  Pulse - 110 / min , thready and fast  SPO2 - 88 % BSL ( R ) - 200 mg/dl  How will you proceed with this case...

ST segment आणि ST interval या दोन भिन्न एंटीटी आहेत . ST segment म्हणजे QRS कॉम्प्लेक्स संपल्यापासून T वेव्ह सुरु होईपर्यंतचा कालखंड . ✅The most important cause of ST segment abnormality (elevation or depression) is myocardial ischaemia  or infarction. 💓ECG झाला सोप्पा💓 भाग - 8 ©️ You can forward my posts with my name and without editing any content of it  🌹 डॉ पद्मनाभ केसकर EMS Instructor , Ruby Hall Clinic , Pune मोबाईल - ९७६२२५८६५० ✅मागील भागात आपण 2nd डिग्री हार्ट ब्लॉक - type १ , type २ ची चर्चा केली होती. आजच्या भागात आपण 3rd डिग्री हार्ट ब्लॉक किंवा complete हार्ट ब्लॉक ची चर्चा करू . 🍁3rd डिग्री हार्ट ब्लॉक किंवा complete हार्ट ब्लॉक🍁 3rd डिग्री AV ब्लॉक ला च कंप्लिट हार्ट ब्लॉक ( CHB ) असे पण म्हटले जाते .. या conduction डिफेक्ट मध्ये AV नोड मधून कोणताही इम्पल्स कंडक्ट होत नाही त्यामुळे SA नोड पासून निघालेला इम्पल्स मुळे दोन्ही Atria कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट होतात पण तो इम्पल्स AV नोड पाशी पूर्ण ब्लॉक होतो व Ventricle च्या contraction साठी नवीन इम्पल्स हा AV नोड च्या खालच्या स्तरावर कोठेही डेव्हलप होतो ( Bundle of His , Purkinje सिस्टिम इत्यादी ठिकाणी ) त्यामुळे Ventricle त्याच्या त्याच्या स्वतंत्र इम्पल्स ने कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट होते . याचा थोडक्यात अर्थ - Atria त्याचे ते स्वतंत्र कॉन्टॅक्ट होत असते व Ventricle*पण स्वतंत्र ...
